The most romantic hotel in the city! Wow- what an amazing stay with the hotel. From the moment we arrived to to moment we checked out, the service was 5*. The room itself was magical, with all of the state of the art technology with the I pad controlling everything (even the scent of the room), the TV that comes down from the ceiling, jacuzzi, swing and gorgeous balcony! We were honestly blown away! In the evening we dined at the hotel restaurant which was exquisite! The food was incredible & the staff were fantastic- it was a very interactive experience and I would recommend booking during your stay! We visited the spa which was amazing- so relaxing and felt so luxurious! Thanks so much for the best stay- we will definitely be returning on our next trip to Paris! Alannah & Victor x

From the moment I arrived I was overwhelmed with disappointment. The front desk staff is inexperienced. After multiple mistakes a manager took over who looked me and said “he was wrong, it won’t be $200 it will be $2000” I already paid, you can’t charge me again because you made multiple mistakes. The hotels focus is romance, smart technology, hot tubs. They fail on all counts. The hotel is not romantic, it’s a cheesy place you take your mistress. They staff is homophobic so def stay away if gay. Technology is only great if it works, sadly only the lighting and curtains worked properly in my room. Lastly the hot tub was nothing but a disaster. It would never fill up correctly, randomly start draining. I had the front desk come twice and they were most unhelpful. The water jets did not work, the air jets work but it’s very loud because of the completely enclosed space, you won’t be able to heat music or yourself think with them on. The location is far from city se yet as it’s location is to be discrete for your shenanigans. If this hotel is going to have a future you will really need to revaluate your management and pricing. I overpaid by about 25% hopefully booking.com will help me I would truly encourage you to look elsewhere.

NOT a 5 star hotel The room was nice enough, but just a basic 3 star room masqueraded with gimmicks to appear as a 5 star room; with the swing, jacuzzi tub (by far the best component of the room), and the iPad that controls everything. However if you look at the details you will easily see the room is quite basic. Customer service is severely lacking, improperly trained and hardly give the impression that they want to work there. We ordered room service breakfast and the staff dropped our food on the floor outside the room. When approached, he laughed and said he had an accident. We then waited an additional 30 mins for our breakfast and were still expected to pay the 10 Euro service charge. Apart from the head staff, we felt the remainder of the staff treated us like we were burdening them for simply being guests at this 5 star hotel. Upon checkout they attempted to charge us for 2 bottles of water that we allegedly ordered as room service. I was shown the receipt and it was not my handwriting nor my signature. After paying over $1600 for 2 nights at this 5 star hotel, I had to defend myself for a fraudulent 20 Euro charge for water! Lastly no valet parking? We were instructed to park roughly 2 blocks away in a public parking garage where we paid the daily rate and this 5 star hotel offered us a 15% discount for the parking garage. Our stay here at this 5 star hotel essentially ruined our romantic Paris vacation.

Such a great hotel to stay at! Off the beaten path and I’m looking forward to staying again!! Great service and the staff look to make your stay perfect. My only two gripes are we purchased a box of treats but the instructions didn’t match what was inside and the staff didn’t know what was included in the box. We literally spent 10-15 mins trying to figure it out but couldn’t. The other issue is the tub only fills up with a small amount of water even when you use the two person setting. The only way around this is to use the shower water to fill it up but we spent 20 mins trying to figure out the tub controls because the instruction videos don’t match the controls. Breakfast is fantastic and the spa/ massage is great. Probably the best massage I’ve ever had in my life.
