I arrived at this "5 star" hotel hoping for a comfortable stay, I was given room 907, I thought: fantastic, ninth floor, should have a great view. I was wrong. "Take the lift to minus one" the receptionist said. When I got to my room I opened the door and the reek of damp hit me strong. Then the disappointment of seeing a room that is ranked behind that of my university dorm room. My dorm room wins because it had a window. Since it was basement I could hear the reception staff walking above me all night. I decided to ask the receptionist if there was another room available because this was tiny and clearly had issues with damp. I was told that wasn't possible because they were fully booked, but she could send someone down to "spray something" in the room to remove the damp smell. Don't go here expecting 5 star luxury. It's so far from it.

The condition of the rooms was appalling. Dampness and mold were pervasive, making it clear that proper maintenance was sorely lacking. Not only did this pose health hazards, but it also left a lasting unpleasant smell. It was distressing to witness such disregard for guests' well-being. Additionally, the rooms were incredibly cramped, making it impossible for our family to enjoy a comfortable stay. How can a hotel claim to be suitable for families when the rooms are so minuscule? It was inconvenient, uncomfortable, and absolutely unacceptable. What we booked was not provided. They didn’t have the rooms we asked for. Furthermore, the amenities offered were nothing more than a facade. The promises of a luxurious experience were shattered as we discovered the truth. The subpar facilities and lack of attention to detail demonstrated a complete lack of commitment to quality. We had to make last minute arrangements for alternative accommodation and this hotel took the money up front and has refused a refund.

recently had the pleasure of staying at the Marble Arch Hotel in London for 6 days. The hotel is in a fantastic location, close to many popular attractions and transportation. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I would especially like to mention Korina, who went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. She was always happy to help with anything I needed, and she was very knowledgeable about the city. I would highly recommend the Marble Arch Hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in London.

I made a reservation on July 18 3023 directly with the hotel basically for the location of the hotel and it was confirmed under number 259503792 for two rooms. However, when I reached there, the lady at the reception informed me that they are overbooked and they transferred me to another hotel of their group and it is about 10 minutes away by car??? And they wanted me to arrange for a taxi to get the transfer to the other hotel. We were there as a family with a limited time stay for a purpose in the area of the hotel and that is why we choosed this hotel. I requested to talk to the manager who did not do me anything and he was rood in his behavior. He didn’t even though introduce himself. After a long discussion and I had no other choice than to go to the other hotel, he agreed to give me free transportation to the other hotel and I have to wait for another 30 minutes minimum to get it.
