Building site in the lobby, lift not working. Complete health & safety risk. Rooms are also outdated and in poor condition but that became a secondary concern quite quickly.

Decent flat for what was a very reasonable price given the prime location of the property in Mayfair. House manager was always contactable via WhatsApp and helped me with any questions straight away (be it morning or evening!). The flat had everything I needed for an overnight stay, and all areas were clean and tidy. The flat was well stocked with any key items one would need during their stay. I stayed here for work mid-week, during a very hot summer's day and was able to make use of the two air-conditioning units provided in this flat. All toiletries and other such items that one may need were catered for. All in all, I felt that this was the most convenient, reasonably priced flat and I was well looked after by the house manager. Flat is right next to Tesco, amidst superb places to eat or entertainment, and a short walk to Green Park tube station or the bus stations.

Scam and bed bugs When we arrived in front of the building where we had a booking, they told us to go to another building. It was already the evening, we had no choice. The appartment in the new building didn't have enough beds. They did not care. During the night, we discovered that the rooms were filled with bed bugs. They refused to do anything. They tried to gaslight us into thinking the new appartment was better. They were disrespectful and unreliable. We lost 2000 euros.
