Staff is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful with recommendations. The room was cozy and the spa was nice go escape the cold. The price was super reasonable considering the amenities. Booked this stay super last minute due to another lodging issue and they had no problem accommodating us for an early check in. Centrally located and an easy walk to all of the nearby restaurants and shops.

Absolutely perfect stay for our 1st time in İstanbul, Gorgeous room and great service! The Free morning breakast and Coffee was delight. Best location you can find in İstanbul Asian side.

Place is amazing. Reception and kit hen staff smiley and helpful. Rooms are clean and neat. Our room is dark but they told me over the phone before booking so honest people. Cons Don't expect a big gym. A set of dumbells and some cardio machines. Just to small warm up.

Parkhouse is a great place to stay. Reception staff,(Delara, Sibal,Muahmmed(s)) were extremely helpful and accommodating with my questions and requests. Hotel is very accessible to the Ferries, buses and taxis for getting around. Rooms are clean and well maintained. Breakfast service is great and a delicious start for the day. And the Sauna is a great addition for your stay. I'm happy and Lucky I chose this hotel.

Whenever i go back to istanbul this hotel will be the only one i ever go back to. Lets start with the owner. He is one solid dude if i ever met one. The guy is helpfull he will go out of his way to make your stay s easy and pleasant as humanly possible. I got some stomach fever while there and he made toast with banana for me insisted i eat rice for dinner. But finding it was a bit of a hassle which u wouldnt think in turkey but anyways he brought me to a local place and ordered . I wanted fresh fruit juice he showed me where to go. Always friendly and helpfull. The other workers ther are also very friendly and helpfull i had a great time chatting with them when ever i came down or back. The lady from breakfast will make u a great ommellette with what ever u want on it. She doesnt speak much english but is always so cheerfull and friendly always smiling and wanting to serve everyone that came down. Everyone loved her. So all in all stop wasting time to find a hotel just book here...
