Amazing view from the restaurant. Walking distance to transportation and anything you may need. The staff is very friendly.

The room we booked was a family room with 2 beds and sleeps 3. The front desk did give us the exact room we booked when we checked in. However, the next day the lady asked for more money. She said that we only booked for a room that sleeps 1. They did not tell us when we checked in, and we felt maybe there is something wrong with the Orbitz booking system so we contacted the Orbitz customer service. The customer service took very long, the lady yelled us very rude that we had been sitting in the lobby for an hour and we either had to pay the extra money or leave the hotel. Wt*?! We booked the non-refundable 2 days stay. There was still one day left. We also did not say we were not gonna pay. We just wanted to figure out what happened because we clearly did book family room. This was the worst experience we had in our entire life at a hotel. We were 2 foreigner girls and don't speak turkish. We felt she was taking advantage of this and threatening us. We did end up paying the extra because orbitz refused to refund the one day stay if we decided to leave the hotel. Oh btw, we were asked to pay much more than the difference of the two rooms if booking online. We stayed in a few other hotels in Istanbul and their service was profesional and breakfast was much better. There were still hair in the bathroom and strong cigarette smell from bedding that embedded to my hair. Stay away from this hotel!

The hotel staff was helpful and would solve any issues quickly, and all of them spoke English. The rooms were spacious and well maintained, and silent too even if they were close to busier parts of Kadikoy. The location was great since it was close to the metro and Marmaray, allowing easy access to both other parts of Istanbul, Sabiha Gokcen airport, and the very lively neighbourhoods of Kadikoy and Moda. Breakfast was quite tasty and full of options. I fully recommend staying here when visiting Istanbul.

Turkey is great. my stay was awesome. Anatolia side worth it. hotel breakfast good. the hill 110m. no problem unless you are over 70 years old. Central place. l walked back road into Karikoy restaurants and bars and shops. walked to the sea and then you have the Harbour and the ferry rides bosphorus tours and the Havaist bus to the SAW airport is 5mins. great stay. staff good. recommended.

Awful hotel. There were ants in our bed. The room was on the fifth floor, near to the restaurant. Maybe because of that there were ants in our bed. It was very unpleasant, but the staff’s words and actions showed us that they didn’t care much about this problem. First, they offered us smaller and cheaper room instead of the one with ants , but the didn’t offer to give us the difference between the prices. Then they remembered , that one more big room was available , it was also on the fifth floor, and they were sure that there were no ants, so it seemed to us that the staff had already known about ants. The staff was impolite. When we decided to check out, they didn’t want to give us full amount, they said that we should solve this problem with booking.com. It’s so uncool.
