Room is worst then PUBLIC TOILET it stinks , I recently had the unfortunate experience of staying at what I can only describe as one of the worst hotels I've ever encountered. From the moment I entered the room, I was hit by a strong, unpleasant drainage smell that lingered throughout my entire stay. The problems didn't stop there. The manager's attitude was abysmal, showing no concern for the issues I raised and displaying a complete lack of professionalism. It felt like they couldn't care less about their guests' comfort. All in all, it was a waste of money and a significant dampener on what was supposed to be a relaxing vacation. I would strongly advise anyone considering this hotel to look elsewhere and avoid spoiling their vacation with such a disappointing experience. STAY AWAY!!!

Diamond literally in the rough! Had a family member as an in-patient at Niagara Memorial. Passport Inn being just off Main St that led to Pine and the hospital made navigating in the town alot easier than it would've been otherwise. You'd be doing much worse by staying at a 'name' motel, than having the very reasonable under $95/nite for location, security, convenience General location to the sites and eating places within walking distance were 5 *****'s! VA Traveler stuck in NF for 4xtra days Management was accommodating and helpful, since our time for being there was up in the air. The rooms were modest and functional, and clean. The rooms being in an alcove off the street gave us security and quiet from the traffic.

This was a horrible experience. The only good thing was it was near where I needed to go. The rooms smell and they’re dirty hand prints all over the walls, blood on the bed sheets, my husband almost slipped on the bathroom floor. The bed legitimately feels like your sleeping on the springs. Seriously made my skin crawl and I would NEVER stay here again
