For one of the cheapest hotels in Niagara Falls, you get what you pay for. Front Desk staff was friendly and check-in was quick and easy. Very dark inside .. no overhead lights. Could be romantic 🤔? Not on a work trip though. At least the room was clean and mattresses covered in protectors. The walls are paper thin .. we could clearly hear the kids above us and then someone had their TV volume blasting. At least both were quiet at a reasonable time. You could hear toilets flush within a few rooms .. not nice at 3:00am. Lots of road noise too. Maybe the second floor is better? Great water pressure and nice hot shower. But .. it looked like black mold in the grout around the shower. The chain on the front door was missing and it appears the door may have been forced open recently. Beds are *very* firm; Linens not very soft and comfy; two soft pillows; towels are small. For a 1-star hotel, I give it 3 stars. For a quick stay or solo trip, it will meet your needs.

Perfect spot between Niagara Falls and the Whirlpool. Easy to get to Niagara on the Lake and everything in Niagara Falls. Quieter because not in the thick of the tourist attractions. Unfortunately when we were there, the free breakfast seemed to only be Fruit Loops and another cold cereal and juice. We ate at the end of the breakfast time, so perhaps more was offered and they ran out. The breakfast area had a microwave and sink so we made our own hot cereal. You need to ask for a room with a fridge if you want It, but it costs more. If you don't ask for it and that's all the rooms they have left you may get it without the extra cost. We had a room with two queen beds. It was clean and spacious. There were two chairs with a small table. A long bureau. Mattress was very comfortable. We stayed two nights and when we returned the second day the towels had been replaced without us having to ask. Staff were friendly and helpful. We'd stay here again.

Visited this place and had a decent stay. I only used it to sleep as I was there for quick business. The service was good. The breakfast was non existent. You will have to buy breakfast if you have a good appetite. There were fruit flies flying around the juice machine. I could tell the juice was not quality. Not the place to go if you are looking for quality.

The motel is a walking distance to Great Wolf Lodge and has a common area with minifridge and microwave/juice dispensers which makes it pretty family-friendly for extended GWL stays. The suites are not super-modern but were clean and as advertised; we've been told of the outside pool being opened but did not get a chance to make use of it. No issues with the Wi-fi. The "light breakfast" and "continental breakfast" features are all the same with added jam and toasts/buns which are taken away at 9AM; do not expect fresh fruit or omelette. Sleep experience heavily depends on the guests - our friends at another Super 8 Niagara Falls location couldn't sleep at all due to noise/drinking teenagers outside/yelling in the morning and we've had a good quiet sleep. Overall the experience was great for the money.
