This is a hidden gem! Excellent location, right at Clifton Hill and a short walk to the falls. The staff are phenomenal, attentive and kind. The rooms are clean. This is a no frills place but has all you need for a short stay. There is a parking lot but can get full quickly. Has the best price compared to other parking lots surrounding it. I would certainly stay here again and recommend it to those looking for a clean place at a great price and location!

Rooms giving Vegas vibes lol found lots of hair around in the bathroom when checked in. Lots of dust an some of the plugs didn’t work. Stains on the cover duvet but the sheets & pillows were clean. Could of been the room I was in , stayed on a two double bed room . The location is the highlight and the staff make your stay enjoyable if you need anything extra . I will definitely return, just hope to see the rooms get a little update

First of all, if you stay here, don't get a room on the 3rd floor. The wifi sucks big time. As in it doesn't work at all. Beds are comfortable, room is cold even without the AC on. Room was clean and cozy. I would stay again if guaranteed a main floor room as I am disabled and that 3 floor walk up nearly did me in.
