We stayed in a junior suite which was stunning. Lovely little balcony, very clean and comfortable bed. The hotel was very clean. The pool is closed during October for maintenance reasons so the hotel was fairly quiet.

The hotel gave us different room than we book, it’s not even in the building but an old building beside, only one old elevator no ac in the lobby, totally different view than the main building. Even tho you pay same price but you got treated differently and poorly here. Not a pleasant experience. NOT recommended If you want to have a good mood in your vacation.

Stay at this place for 10 days. Because we have a late flight, we asked for a late checkout. The reception says this is not possible because it's fully booked. When I looked up online, there are still rooms available to book. So I asked again, they answered: "oohh, you cannot checkout late due to the high season, you can only book the room another day if you want to stay." I am very dissapointed that they lied about the situation and above all, doesn't provide us any solution or a counter offer. Since I also asked to pay for a half day, neither this was possible. It's ridiculous that we stayed here for 10 days and they simply doesn't care about our situation. Beside that, the rooms are not good isolated: you can clearly hear people wlaking in the hall way and the praying of the nearby mosque. The elevator was not working on several occasions, gym is very small (for 2 - 3 people), if you want to take the shuttle bus they have, you need to book far in advance or wait for 6 hours for the next one. Neither this was told. Not recommended this place, if you want a relaxing time and a good service.
