I booked this place last minute online and right away got a message from the hotel welcoming me and from there on out everything was smooth. The rooms aren’t fancy but they have all that you need for the price. Everything was pretty clean and the AC worked great! I honestly don’t have any complaints, the lady even let me check out late. :)

I agree with previous reviews. The hotel manager is very rude. Stay away from this place

Patong Blue is a good option for prize/quality. Room was clean and nice as well as bathroom. Staff is friendly and willing to help with everything. Unfortunatly there are some issues. Hotel is located on quite busy street and even during the night is there a lot of noise. Other big issue is breakfast. On booking is option to order breakfast, but there is no information, that breakfast contains only one item from menu in nextdoor restaurant. So If you pay for 7 day breakfast, you will get 7 vouchers for the same meal everyday. If you want something different, you will have to pay for it and your voucher expires. So definately not recommend to buy breakfast ahead, unless you know what you get for it. But in general, we were satisfied due to the price we paid.
