We booked 2 nights in a deluxe room but to our amazement the super hospitable staff upgraded us to a suite with pool access. The rooms and pool area are amazing and really clean n comfortable. Staff is super courteous!!! Breakfast was more of a brunch. Really good spread and delicious. In short, A Perfect stay!!!

Place: The Patong Paragon resort is near to Beach approx 60 meters far. From Airpot you can easily reach this place from Car and Bus as well which will cost you 1000 To 1200 Baht. Stay Review: The place is good and rooms are spacious as well with good pool view and huge pool space to enjoy so overall it is decent. however, they gave us the rooms on 4th floor but as our discussion was for 1st floor so they broke their commitment. please take all the details on email in written for proof. The welcome drink was pathetic May be they like it but usually no one likes them for sure. Charges: The hotel costs me 8000 Rupees per day for one room with breakfast (which not that good or bad) and we could have more better options as well in that rate as per my booking experience after visit. Suggestions: If you are not going with your family so you can try some hotels near to beach in cheaper rates and then you can use remaining money o explore other things. Food: There food in resort is average in taste. They also don’t have much Veg options so you must try outside. You may see a lots off 7/11 stores to get the food items and other Daily use items too. Overall Rating: 7 out of 10

The rooms are very good. The swimming pool in the middle of the hotel is great. hotel 2 minutes from the sea. The hotel is not far from the city center. The hotel staff is smiling and welcoming. Me and my fiancé made the worst mistake choosing this place. The receptionist staff seemed uninterested and we did not feel welcomed at all from the very first day of our 3 day stay. We checked out early on the last day for a trip to the islands and told the staff we would like to have a towel for a quick shower upon return. They agreed but when we got back they said they ran out of towels and seemed very uninterested to serve. Only after some fight, they reluctantly got us the towels. This hotel was a big mistake for our vacation in an otherwise a very pleasant experience in Phuket.
