I'm only rating them 3 star due to the location. Hotel is very close to the beach and walkable to the party are of the town (Bangla road). They have rude receptionists (wondering how would the backend service staff would be, who we didn't get to interact with). We requested for just 1 hour extension for the check out and they literally screamed saying it's not allowed. Disappointed with the overall service. Rooms were average too, as we were not given a room in the main hotel building, but the one that's adjacent to the main building. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone.

One of the worst hotels I've stayed at in Thailand. 1. There was only one functioning elevator the whole time I was there. 2. Drinking water was never replenished - every other hotel I've stayed at in Thailand has replenished the complimentary water after daily cleaning. 3. Breakfast was subpar. 4. The rooms are dated. Cobwebs and insects found in multiple rooms (I was there with family and friends). 5. The biggest and most off-putting thing about this dump of a hotel: the front desk staff were some of the rudest and most unprofessional staff I've ever come across. Their level of English is simply unacceptable for people working in the hospitality industry and their rudeness was simply unprecedented out of all my years visiting Thailand. This hotel is not suitable for humans. It might be more fitting for dogs, or at least that's how the staff treats you.

A wonderful stay at pa tong Room: the rooms are very spacious and well organized and with a great view Staff: the staff is very helpful and quick Property: the whole property has amazing facilities which are well maintained. It is spread in the big area and is very peaceful. Everything is at a walkable distance from here and there are shops and tour booking centers in the compound itself Cost: not very costly. A decent stay

Patong Resort is very near to the beach and Bangla street. The location is perfect. The rooms are also very spacious,breakfast spread is amazing and the facilities are great. We had an relaxing stay and staff was very cooperative.It is a kid friendly resort. Request to visitors would be to cross check with the list of items provided in the room during check in and report to reception if anything missing.

3-star hotel in the absolute middle of Patong. The location can't be better with it's own backdoor to Bangla Road only for hotel guests. The hotel is probably managed by chinese since the interior is exactly like a typical hotel in China. I assume it was built in the 80s, but I'm not sure. There are some things I dont like and one of them is the two olympic style pools with absolutely no palm trees or any shadow whatsoever. For a scandinavian guy like me it's impossible to have a swim in the sun without any shadow for long, so I will choose another hotel for the rest of my stay. And I miss the baked beans at the breakfast which except for the lack of that was ok. I actually got used to the chinese style and that is ok, but I prefer a more modern look. Anyway this hotel was probably a 5-star resort once but then it most likely turned into a charter hotel and now I would grade it a 3-star resort. It's just missing a great pool bar, service and the lush vegetation these hotels normally have. But with that said, the location is exceptional. It's in the absolute centre and you can reach the beach, shopping and party area in minutes. Some of the staff is very nice but some in the reception seems a bit angry. All in all I think it's worth the money so I do recommend a stay here if you go to Patong and want to stay in the city centre. #patongbeach #patong #patongresort #banglaroad #patonghotel
