My husband and I both love this place. It's clean, simple, and very centrally located to many things, not just to the touristy part of town. Whether you're in Chiang Mai for a short stay or for longer-term, this is a fabulous location with the friendliest staff, great food/stores/grocery/first-class mall/transportation all within walking distance, and great value for your money. Highly recommend!

Fantastic place to stay....! Within a very pleasant local community, walking distance to many varieties of food and convenience stores. A surprise, for which I did not expect was a new gym facility, 2 minutes walk from home. Mayan Gym, also an exceptionally great find. The staff here are wonderfully friendly and helpful. There is an in house Espresso machine, though a few tips from a barista wouldn't go a stray...! I Cannot recommend this residence highly enough. Internet is mostly always very speedy. Its the place for me always in Chiang Mai.

I have been living here for about two months. I found this place via YouTube. It's clean, safe, and conveniently located. You get a lot of value for your money. I only wish it were a bit quieter, but noise cancellation has been an issue in every hotel I've stayed in so far. It's not loud like NYC, but I could use a little more peace and quiet. Overall, I absolutely recommend it!

Stay in an amazing local Thai up and coming neighborhood with local shops and restaurants in a abundance. Totally safe with friendly 24 hour security and would have no problem letting my daughter walk at night. Great location just minutes from the Maya Lifestyle Mall and the super hot Nimmanhamin Road area with tons of night life and amazing food. Close to Chiang Mai University and the zoo as well. Stay short or long term in a new building with excellant reviews on other travel sites too. The rooms are modern and large. Big rare bonus in Thailand GREAT BEDS, the owner Gabriel lives in site with his cute baby and wife. You can order a coffee to your room anytime. Staff is friendly and helpful. They havencar rental and motorbike as well. Nice gym with good equipment. If your are looking for a great place to stay in Chiang Mai RSG is a great choice. I love living here and couldn't be happier. Inside tip: The restaurant across the street has excellant food for 30baut about $1 US.

The rooms are nice and spacious, there is plenty of parking space and it's a great location. It is more expensive than other similar places in the area and there were some things that I didn't like: The bathroom sometimes had a bad smell from the pipes so that the room was smelly if I forgot to close the bathroom door. You can only connect two devices to the internet. The gym closes in the evening and it seemed like that wasn't at a consistent time, even though there is security staff 24/7. If i'd ask them to open the gym for me they wouldn't do it even if they are sitting in front of the door. The bill seems lower in the beginning as they charge quite a lot for electricity and water. Still enjoyed my two months there but next time i'll look for something else.
