DON’T CHOOSE IT! It was my first time in Naples and I had a solo trip. When I came here - they said that I need to pay €200 from my credit card only or I should buy another room that will cost me twice as much! But my previous booking will not be cancelled and money will not be returned. The staff were not friendly and supportive, they seemed to be very distanced and cold. After having read the reviews on Google Maps - I was shocked! I decided to stay away from scammers and find another accommodation for me. Which I did. The best decision Take care and research what you are paying for. Because I saw people coming right after me with the same reaction and problem.

The WORST stay of my life so far. The staff was offensive towards me, claimed that I had dirtied a filthy duvet they gave me, and told me they will take a charge for that just because I was asking them for an extra bed sheet (they had no normal bedding). If you stay here, expect that they will take your card details to hold a 200€ fee upon check to cover damage not caused by you to their filthy old items, and to be treated like a criminal. They will also ask to charge you for everything claiming that they are not a luxury hotel but a “humble guest house”. I would not return if they paid me - run from this place, there must be better actual hotels in Naples! For more context: I had booked a double room with my mom. After check in I noticed that the pillow case was slightly dirty, but let it slide as I did not want to make a fuss. I noticed there is no blanket - just a sheet and an old looking duvet. I wrote to the staff and asked if they can give us an extra blanket. They replied that because we have a double room, we should not have an extra duvet,but after the second follow up brought another old duvet without a sheet. As a European I don’t find it ok to cover myself at night with a duvet that probably hundreds of other people have slept with so I asked can the hotel provide an extra sheet as apparently they don’t know the concept of normal “hotel” bedding. The staff refused and said we needed to book twin room and pay extra €20 and stated that they didn’t even know if it was possible in our room. Why wouldn’t an extra sheet be possible in a double room? The reason is that the hotel felt they need to collect an extra 20€ and force us to move to a room after check in. When I returned to the room 2nd day, the cleaning had come in and made the bed, and I noticed a huge stain on the duvet that looked like blood. I then reported it to the staff, who had been messaging me the whole day arguing how I was a cheapskate and did not want to pay for an extra service (when in reality I just think ifs stupid to have to move rooms when you just need an extra sheet), and said that this filth on the duvets is not OK, especially if they don’t provide a clean sheet. And the staff accused me of making that stain and said she would charge me for cleaning it. The conversation got super nasty, and the staff was very rude towards me, claiming that just because I did not report the pillow stain upfront and didn’t check the whole 220x220 blanket for stains immediately after check in that it was my stain. Later when watching a room tour video I had filmed when I first went into the room I noticed the stain on the video, it was close to the floor on my side of the bed. I considered going to the reception the next day to speak to management and get this person fired for saying these rude things to me, but after reading the reviews on google (not on booking), I decided to spare my nerves because apparently the management is the root of the disease. This hotel had mixed reviews, but I vainly thought that it’s probably going to turn out ok. I was wrong.
