Great tiny rooms, good amenities, clean and easily accessible services. The building is completely service less, meaning no one man's the building, everything is automated through their app. Rooms are extremely tiny but enough to spend the night. Bunk beds were a fun touch. The building is far away from main Street and train station, but the trek is not bad. There's a very nice little bakery along the way, great coffee and fresh pastries. There are better options available, but this is a good last minute solution.

Stayed for 3 nights in September - was brilliant! Modern room with comfy beds and lovely bathroom. Self check-in is super easy and efficient, but also reassuring to know the manager is also on-site should they be required. Also great location - 5 min walk from the station and walking distance to the everywhere else. Will deffo be back!

Had to cancel my reservation and the booking company online only cancelled one of two rooms. I contacted the hotel directly and they instantly refunded my money due to the mixup. I can’t speak directly about the accommodations but as a business they seem to be putting people over profits. When I come back to zermatt I will absolutely be booking here directly.

Sleeping next to the sound of the rushing river - pure bliss. While it is for guests to self-check in, the manager is extremely approachable and helpful. She was more than happy to take the time in helping us plan our itinerary in Zermatt. The room, while small, is cosy, modern, clean and welcoming. For this price, it’s definitely a steal. I can’t ask for better. And there’s a coffee machine that serves complimentary coffee.
