Terrible place to stay. The walls are paper thin. We could hear the people in the neighboring room snoring, talking and partaking in other loud activities. In the room next to us, starting at 7:20am on New Year's Day, we could hear a child crying and yelling, a woman loudly face-timing (we could hear the other person) and a guy yelling. We called the front desk to complain and the noise didn't stop. We went down to get our breakfast after 8:30 and said something to the guy at the desk. He said he called them but we had never heard their phone ring. We told him that they didn't stop he shrugged it off because "they are Pakistani." He said they were there for another night and offered to change our room. The rooms are seemingly clean but when I put something on top of the wardrobe clumps of dust came down. The air vents in the second room were caked with dust. The wardrobe doors were long gone and its laminate was peeling. The paper laminate was peeling from all the trim in the room. It needs to be updated. The room was quite hot. The thermostat dial had no indicator and turning it had no effect so we turned it off and opened the window. The included breakfast was decent but nothing to rave about. Centrally located in the shopping district. Within 20 minutes walking of most of the cultural locations of the city. We recommend visiting Madrid but not at this hotel.

Cute little hotel tucked into a lane right on Gran Via. The location was just perfect with a delicious Middle Eastern Halal Restaurant at the doorstep. The rooms are very very tiny. We had initially booked a single room for 3 adults and one toddler but when we saw the size of the rooms with the triple beds we realised that it was impossible to stay even for two nights in such a small room. Fortunately the room next door was available so we paid for an extra room which made the stay much more comfortable. The rooms were comfortable but we sorely missed the absence of tea/coffee facilty in the room. They did have a tea/coffee station at the breakfast room but it was only accessible to guests during breakfast. It would have been nice if guests were allowed to use this during the day too after a tiring day out. The lcoation of this hotel was fabulous and everything was within walking distance. If I ever visited Madrid again, I would surely consider staying here.

My family of four typically only use big brand names like Hilton, Marriott, and Hyatt for their expectable quality. To be honest, we had no idea what would be waiting for us before we arrived. But on our arrival, we couldn't be happier. It is a quintuple room (5 adults). It has one bed in the lower level and through spiral stirs (yes, you read correctly, it has a stairs to connect to the higher level) you access the main area including 1 king and 2 queen or full beds. My kids love climbing the stairs and it is very spatial to my family. Another shining point is the breakfast. I didn't expect a small hotel will match my big brand name experience. Well it is almost the same good. It has homemade juice and the bread, drinks selection is pretty good for the size of the hotel. We definitly recommend you to add it into your reservation. Last but not least, the position is very good to every attractions nearby. All in all, highly recommended!

Great Hotel located right in the centre of Madrid with really good transport links close by. The staff are very friendly and helpful with any queries. Any issues we had were resolved promptly by the general manager. The rooms are clean, but a little tight. Two twin beds and a bunk in the same room with just a gap to walk between them. However for the price and location, this is worth it. Breakfast is standard continental breakfast with a few hot food items such as bacon, mini sausages and scrambled eggs.
