The only good thing about this hotel was the location. We were very disappointed with the size of the room. It was tiny. I measured it and it was less than 10 meter squared. There was also a pillar in the middle of the room so unfortunately we couldn’t even open our suit cases properly to unpack clothes for our stay there. My partner almost tripped and hurt her self when she used the bath room during the night. Our room was 414. My honest opinion is that for €278 for two nights, I feel our stay there was not worth it. For a little bit more you can stay in much nicer and bigger hotels. When I complained to the receptionist about the room size, she told me that we could change room but it would only be a tiny bit bigger. We decided it wasn’t worth the hassle. The name Petit Palace only lives to half of its name. It sure is petit but no where near a palace. The staff was friendly and apologetic but we still had a very uncomfortable stay 😞

We stayed here for our last night at Madrid. It is conveniently located right at Puerta Del Sol in Madrid. The hotel has delicate and modern touch throughout the building interior and rooms. What makes this hotel outstanding is the service excellence. I highly recommend for those who are planning a visit to Madrid, especially if it's their first time. Our room had some issues with AC and ceiling lights. The receptionist, Raquel was pleased to respond and got us a new room after a quick check. When checking out the next morning another staff Renata made sure everything met our expectations and that we were pleased. As an avid traveller, I've stayed in many hotels and lodges across all continents. And I felt the staff here genuinely cares that every guests have the best experience the hotel has to offer. Kudos!

This hotel was perfect for our trip to Madrid. The Puerta Del Sol location was central to everything! The room was clean, the beds comfortable and the view of the Main Street from the Balcony precious! The front desk staff was AMAZING!!!
