It's a new hotel with spacious parking and bed! The check-in was simple and fast. Bedroom is nice with big bed, hair dryer, hot/cold shower but no toiletry kit. It's good enough for budget travel. The location is 15 minutes drive from city and airport.

Opened a month from when I visited. Check in was seamless and the front desk was helpful. Rooms were brand new, spacious, comfortable and modern. Bed was nice, hot water was hot, a/c was cold and the fridge was cold as well. Morning breakfast was basic but serviceable. Hotel is definitely geared for business, and budget travelers. Plenty of parking Definitely a great choice for a out of city budget hotel, you can't go wrong here. Notes: these are minor issues but I think most people can look past them. Location, this is about 15 mins from down town, if you don't have a car this will be an issue. I don't think a bike will cut it either. If you're room is facing the parking lot, although quiet, mid day its extremely bright and hot and the curtains only do so much. Lastly I noticed a lot of noise in the mornings from beeping doors when unlocking, can't get annoying. Besides that it's a great stay!

The hotel is located in a zone far from the city. It is recommended to drive your own car for convenience. If you want to call Grab, you can. Entering the city costs over a hundred baht. The place is far Not in an area that supports 7-11 Delivery There is a restaurant about 700 meters away from the hotel, not very convenient if walking back and forth. The hotel is new, clean, and has a shady atmosphere. There is ample parking. There is parking for the disabled. And there is a ramp for wheelchairs. Employees provided complete and complete service without any defects. But there is a part that I want to add. The staff (whole hotel) should smile a little. It will be very good. The restaurant has a buffet breakfast service from 7:00-10:00 a.m. The food is reasonable enough to eat. There are fried eggs, sausages, steamed rice, two side dishes, fruit, toast, jam, butter, water, hot water, orange juice, and coffee brewed by yourself. Staff will come and refill it. Always food *The restaurant is a little small. For the festival There are not enough tables and chairs for guests. Employees have to gather tables and separate tables for people who come to eat. -Rooms are clean and new. Soft bed, comfortable sleep, no back pain. -Clean bathroom There is a wet and dry zone. *The room is not soundproof. I heard people walking. The sound of the door opening and closing was clear. *I like that the room has many electrical outlets. Convenient to use. *There is a convenience cabinet for snacks, drinks, water, shampoo, soap, sanitary napkins. Can be coin-operated. or banknotes Convenient for those who do not prepare supplies. And there are Mama Cups available for purchase as well. *Inexpensive, quality suitable for the price.

There is no parking service for motorcycles. They are asked to park in the back. Walking very far to carry things Even though it was stated that we would be leaving very early at 5:00 a.m., the car was parked in front of our car, a BMW Motorrad, which was equivalent to or more expensive than some car models. First time staying here...even though it's a bit from the city center. But for those traveling by private car It is considered to be an area quite suitable for relaxing in tranquility. Ample parking, looks safe, clean place. Perfectly designed room layout And the garden area is good. Everything in the room It really works. Wifi works well ... but rooms that are far from the center may be a bit swaying (we stayed in room 102). ***Having come to Chiang Mai quite often... probably will come to use the service again. Please allow me to tell you about breakfast. Even though I personally did not choose to stay with the condition of including breakfast. And they don't pay much attention because they can easily make a living for themselves. But the quality of the breakfast arrangement Especially about the raw materials... they don't seem to be in quality conditions that are consistent with the overall picture of the hotel. Which is a shame. Drinking water ... that has an odor / brackish Orange juice that can be thought of as ready-mixed, but mixed until diluted and bland to the point of being strange. Choosing margarine to go with the bread... doesn't fit with the overall good quality of the hotel. Various condiments such as pepper and Maggi that are left at the bottom of the bottle or almost empty. Overall, it looks like a stingy breakfast arrangement, both in quantity and quality. Saving money is understandable ... but it shouldn't be to the point of inferior quality ... because it may return to devaluing the overall value that is already very good*** Comments: Overall very good. And definitely hope to come use the service again... :-)
