Good place for stay, if you on your own wheels. King and helpful staff. Just a dozen rooms, so not so crowdy and noisy from another guests. Monthly rental available too - 8000 THB (price that was announced for us🙂). King size bed, big towels that change every day. Good Wi-Fi speed (check Speed test screenshot). Water pressure is weaker than that should be. Sometimes we found small ants in bathroom sink, but that's not a problem for us. Quiet enough area. Poor food options around here. Motorbike fixing it. Small piece of Doing Suthep view from balcony is available too 🙂 Recommend for all!

Even with what downsides there were, it's still a pretty nice place and a decent amount of space for its price. Split-level bedrooms from where the TV is, shower/toilet/sink separated into rooms, toilet is raised a couple feet from the rest of the room, ceilings are low (bumped head a couple times on light fixtures, beware if you're 185cm+), sink was detaching from wall, the smell of smoking from an adjacent room, and ants that were quickly handled by staff.

Terrible place. I’ve paid the bigger and better room but got this one. I’ve never received the price difference. In case you are planing to visit Chiang Mai and aaaaaall places except of this one are booked, don’t book it.
