No AC in rooms. Asked for help with TV, none came. Asked for a fan, no help. Looks beautiful but poor

Nice, clean hotel with great restaurant and coffee cafe on the ground floor. The rooms are clean and spacious also comfortable. It has been existing for long time as my knowledge which shows that the employees put their best effort to keep the hotel running. Highly recommend to stay in this great hotel and enjoy. Wheelchairs accessible and parking available around the area. Liked it so much because it’s not busy and great customer service.

Stayed here in total for 5 nights during my stay in Mongolia. It was booked trough a 3th party so i couldn't change hotel. Non of the staff i met spoke English. First night the hotel was like a party, extreme much noise, in the morning the breakfest was an absolute disaster, none of the food was hot. This got better during the last day. Biggest lack was the cold water in the showers... this problem started the second night, just freezing water. After 2 days it got at maybe 25° what is still way too cold. A hotel without a hot shower - A bakery without bread - a pub without beer....?
