Room quality is very bad. Unpleasant smell. Very difficult to find a parking in hotel and nearby places. Furniture is also very old. This hotel doesn’t deserve 4 star. Many 3 star hotels are way better than this 4 star hotel.

I spent 5 nights in Plaza Inn Hotel. Everything was excellent. The price was affordable, cleanliness of the rooms was good enough. It has a clean pool on the rooftop. The view of the room was also nice. It is near to everywhere. If I will have a chance to go to Doha again, I will stay in here.

I stayed in this hotel for two months and I can summarize my experience for you. I hope that it will be useful to the hotel management so that it improves its performance. You can see the attached videos and photos. 1- Food and room services: The food was excellent all the time. I congratulate the chef for what he has done and is doing. But the prices are very high, especially coffee and drinks. 2-Housekeeping: it was excellent but needs some improvement (I saw a cockroach in the room once). 3- The Gym and the swimming pool: The swimming pool is very small and I was never excited to use it, but for Gym, the service there was poor and there were machines that remained broken throughout my stay and they did not repair them. Also, the elevator that connects to these two places is separate, and its card was always broke, and the management did not fix it, even though I told them several times. 4- Parking: I do not know why the administration wants to charge fees for parking (10 riyals per day). 5- There is a very annoying issue, which is the fire alarm going off for no reason and waking us up after midnight. 6- The prices for cleaning and washing clothes are very high, and every time I wash my clothes in a place outside the hotel. I hope to see the attached videos and photos. Thanks to the management. You can ask me about anything.

This hotel shouldn't be a 4 stars hotel. I would rate it less than 2 stars The building is very old even the lobby and the rooms. The blankets are smelling like Indian food and it wasn't clean The location is perfect, but the parking is always full and it's difficult to find a parking We had to stay in this hotel for 3 nights because all of the hotels were expensive and full due to the Asia Cup. I don't recommend anybody to book in this hotel.
