Polo 88 is the perfect location for a family vacation in Playa de Carmen. We stayed in a very comfortable 2 bedroom apartment 1 block from the beautiful blue flag beach. The check in and check out were very easy via a lockbox which allowed us to arrive late in the evening. The rooftop pool and view are stunning. Parking in from of the build is free and always available. The building is in a quiet part of Playa which makes it very peaceful in the evening but only 5 minute drive to the heart is the commercial district on Quinta Avenida. Highly recommended.

This place was truly spectacular! My partner and I stayed a month in room 102 on the ground floor. The good wifi was important for us as were working remotely during our stay. This apartment has two rooms with queen size beds sleeping four people. We stayed in the guest room as it was quieter and had its own bathroom. The other room we used for guests that came to visit. That room had some ambient light coming through the window from the hallway which I didn’t prefer but the guests didn’t seem to mind. Paula, I can’t begin to say enough good things about Paula. She is incredibly kind, helpful, and always ready to give suggestions on places to go, things to do, and assist in booking transport. There is also access to many beach supplies like, life vests and chairs. You can rent equipment for kite surfing, and I think they had some scuba equipment, it was really the whole package. I didn’t see it mentioned in the post, but we were pleasantly surprised with access to an endless supply of 5 gallon jugs of clean water! Our room didn’t have a view, but had an outdoor space with a hammock which was perfect for us. We could just go to the roof pool and grill if we wanted the best view of the ocean anyway ☺. The beach access is a 3 minute walk down a safe fenced in pathway. My partner found an amazing coral reef just 600 meters off of the shoreline. I would use a life vest, snorkel, fins, and mask, and swim out with him. It seems far but it’s really not a bad swim, just be careful of people on jet ski’s. There were people out there who had paid to be dropped off by a boat to snorkel when you can just do it for free! All in all, we felt like we hit the jackpot with finding this place and we have every intention of returning. Thank you Paula for the perfect winter get away, it couldn’t have been any better!

Polo 88 is great! Beautiful condos with amazing view, they have a rooftop with dinner table and a grill, perfect place to enjoy with your Family or friends, the building is just one block from the only Blue Flag beach in Playa del Carmen. And a few meters from the 5th Avenue. Totally recommended
