There’s nothing on the website about there being no reception. Had to figure out you’re supposed to call an employee to get your code to the front door. Doesn’t matter because a random cleaner will give the codes to open the doors to anywhere. Very safe, and there’s not physical lock to your door so let’s hope the cleaner doesn’t give the codes to a random stranger👌 The whole bathroom smelled like backed up sewage and the bedroom did too. Shower curtain constantly feel off the shower. I think the only thing that worked as intended was the fridge. Shower head only had half the holes working. Luckily no black mold but I wouldn’t be surprised based on other reviews. Avoid at all cost!!! Edit: after the second day the internet went out for a full 2 days with no explanation of when it was going to come back on. When it finally did I did a quick test. The internet that is around 0.04 - 0.11 Megabytes a second. For reference an average speed is 3 - 8. 0/10 literally just sleep on the streets and save your money. You’ll get the same experience

This place is a scam. It’s not a hotel. It is not safe - our room was full of black mold! Everywhere, on the ceiling, the walls, the shower, the furniture. It is so hard to breath in this place it’s a health hazard! And the property is well aware of this issues because there was a humidifier so it shows that they know this place is full of mold. The pictures and description does not match the property. There was no one to talk to, no one to check in. We had to buy our own toilet paper! I cannot believe Expedia would have this listed on their website! I want a refund! I would have never stayed here if the pictures were accurate.

I normally don't submit negative reviews, unless it's absolutely necessary for anyone's safety. I'd recommend staying in the property, due to incorrect description of the property versus what is being provided. The property is unattended, and their contact is invalid (no one responds to emails or calls). My room didn't have a lot, therefore I'd need to stay in a room that anyone can walk into day and night, and couldn't leave my property there. The property owner, also didn't respond to number of my tries to contact them and resolve the issue. Sadly, I cannot leave any other review than this honest one.

worst "hotel" I have ever experienced in my 60 years of life. No phone in room, so can't call 911 in an emergency. No security/ locked doors though "they" give you the impression there are. The heavy wooden door to the main entrance of the apartment complex does not lock (they give u a combination anyway). The second door into the area with the rooms has a combination and appears to be safe, but we had someone get through there last night and bang directly on our door repeatedly at 3am

There are lots of doors look like each other, so you may have hard time to find it. The owner gives you three codes, the first one is for the building, the second is for the so called hotel entrance and the last one is for the room. There is no one at night. But its check in time is flexible and you can leave your bags giving information before, so that is very good I think. There is a big backyard that is suitable for horror movies. The building is neglected. The room includes a bath that is so tiny, there is hot water, and the pressure is good. They didn't leave any kind of soap. Basic human needs are neglected too, like a soap, or enoug shampoos and shower gels. The bed is old and needs to be changed. I think the sheets and the towels aren't clean enough, the room and the building smells like damp. After the room cleaning they left the door open while our belongings were there. hope this review will be helpful.
