This place is perfectly located just steps from the closed off walking street, but is far enough to be quiet for sleeping. The hotel is new and kept exceptionally clean. Yes, our room was small but had a great little balcony, great beds and a great shower. All in all well worth the money!!

The room was small, but very clean. Very good value. Good location. The Tayyebah kebab restaurant across the street was great.

The room really surprised me. The decoration was really beautiful. The bed was comfortable. The kitchenette was interesting. The bathroom room was small, but met our needs. My only disappointment was the fact that I thought there was a washing machine, but there wasn't. It was easy to get to the hotel. As we had booked through a third party site, we received the entrance and room codes via email. However, I wish the third party site could allow us to pay city taxes.

It is a building that has several apartments. We stayed in number 7 (floor 1). We had problems with the access code to the room, but they solved it immediately. The functional room and the bathroom gave off a bad smell, you had to close the door so it wouldn't pass into the room. You rest well, since there is hardly any street noise in that area (except the last night when it was a national holiday there in Porto, but nothing out of the ordinary). The bad thing is that they provide too many services that are not provided, the coffee maker did not work (we bought milk for nothing) and Netflix did not work either, a shame. To get there you have to go up quite a hill from the downtown area.

We stayed four nights in this room. The location is quite good, not far from the center. On the other hand, no cooking facilities apart from a microwave and a fridge. No storage in the bathroom and very small. Renovated hotel but no one at reception when we arrived or when we left. No insulation, we hear every step and creaking of the bed in the upper room. Not to mention the outdoor trash cans in my opinion less than two meters from our bed. A mixed experience but we loved Porto!
