This is the hotel we stayed during our 3 day trip to Instanbul. If you are a tourist and its your first time visiting Taksim, this hotel is really easy to spot. Its located in a siedway of istiklal and its convenient location is excellent for those of you who want to experience this area without wanting to move too far from the metro and the main roads. Due to its location its only downside is the fact during the nights even in week days there is noise coming from the outside bars so its best to have a set of earplugs if you wanna sleep early in the night. But that is a problem tourist locations have in common. Moving along the hotel staff was very good and excellent at its service. Although we cant speak turkish our daily english communication was without any problems and they were very eager to help us with either directions or recommendations. One of the best and friendliest staff i had the pleasure to associate with. The room was average size to small but it was perfect for a short trip. It was and i repeat that spot clean, something i havent seen in a really long time and i was thoroughly impressed by. The bathroom was also quite big and the shower room was large enough to move without having to feel restricted. Wardrobe size was also big and it came with a lot of hangers to put our clothes. Last but not least, for a hotel of its size the breakfast was superb. It covered a variety of morning treats ranging from snacks to proper food and everything was fresh and clean cooked. My only bad remark is that they didnt put out turkish coffee and they only served machine made coffee. Other than that the breakfast was perfect. Its a hotel i would recommend again and again if you ever visit Instanbul and you wanna stay in Taksim. 5/5 from me

I can;t believe how much disappointing was this experience. We booked via Booking and there was a technical false (I don't want to believe they did something in purpose). We send evidence we are right like screenshots and old messages. They tried to trick us. The personnel so rude. It's shame to exist hotels like this. I saw the previous reviews and I thought initially it would be a great hotel but propable the are reviouws are suspicious, in my opinion.

Stayed in this hotel for 7 nights amazing location shops are literally on the door taksim square is literally a 2 minute walk hotel was very clean and staff were very helpful and friendly some staff members spoke some English but even the staff members who could not speak English tried there best to help you and were very respectful bed was comfortable and room was cleaned everyday by the friendly cleaning lady. Breakfast was not the best but there are places to go and eat evreywhere outside so it didn’t bother me I would come back and stay here again nice place
