Beautiful hotel. 5 star luxury with excellent service and facilities. We went at the end of the season so it was quiet with great taxi and public transport. No6 bus outside the main door takes your right into the old town for €2 at the time of writing. Indoor and outdoor pools. Food is very quality with a great variety of dishes. Drinks are on the expensive side but apart from that excellent.

Great location, stunning views, staff are excellent. Our room is very spacious, lovely balcony overlooking the sea, very clean and bed so comfortable. Buffet style meals with a great choice for everyone, my one gripe is that the food is warm/hot depending on if you catch them renewing the trays, but the plates are cold, so by the time you get back to your table it is now only warm, they could do better, but that is my only gripe. Buses right outside hotel, every 10 minutes take you into town in 15 minutes for less than 2 euros, cracking service making this hotel even better

Hotel is very good with poor service. Low number of personal, more than 24 hours waited to clean fridge from mold. Not enough parking space. Our parking was in other hotel 500 meters far away. Not for that money. This is not hotel with 5 stars max 4. There is better hotels in Dubrovnik

One of the best hotels we have stayed in. We went for our honeymoon and they did everything possible to make our stay perfect. Gave us a lovely upgrade on our room and a complementary Champagne and roses on our bed. The staff were excellent, breakfast had a HUGE choice and all fresh. Lots of spaces by the pool and private beach with free beach towels and free beds. I would 100% come back. Thank you for such a lovely stay.

Our family of 4 had a wonderful stay at Valamar President last week. We booked a family room which was perfectly laid out for us. We had two full bathrooms and two separate bedrooms. The rooms were clean and nicely updated. Staff were very friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived and all of our requests were met very quickly. They were all very hardworking and attentive. Our two children absolutely loved going to Maro World to play when the weather was not so agreeable to be outside. This is such a nice complimentary feature for hotel guests. It’s an easy 5 min walk to lots of quality indoor entertainment. The bus to Old Town couldn’t have been easier. The beach at the hotel is beautiful and well maintained. Views from the balcony were stunning. We would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Dubrovnik.
