Terribly unclean rooms, roof is dipping,every night ended up with severe coughing fits because of the damp and owners looking down there nose at you. Way to overpriced bathroom cramp and no plug in sink. Won't let you in till 4 check out by 10 door was stiff as anything had to shoulder barge it every time just to get in your not so wheelchair accessible room it's advertised as wheel chair accessible but steps on the way up room is cramped. Bathroom door kept opening. No storage other than tiny drawers no fridge in room where it was advertised. DON'T GO.

Booking process was easy enough. Found somewhere to use as a base for one night and the price reflected this. Following booking I was bombarded with emails wanting to know my exact check in time. If you want an exact time off people then don’t advertise your check in is open from 2-10pm. Speaking of advertising- the only reason I chose this place is because they advertised parking outside. When I enquired about the process of booking car parking ready for our arrival day as the advert stated I was told all the spaces where booked already!! How is that right when you say we can only book car park the day we come. I was then bombarded with further emails wanting my exact check out time. Again, don’t advertise 7-10am if you need an exact time. Extremely noisy, yes noisy, uncomfortable mattresses in the room, stains on the headboards and dead flies in the shower cubicle. And don’t forget the £40 you need to give them just to get your room key!! I understand people take keys a you want a deposit but maybe reduce it a little, and maybe put that important piece of information in the confirmation emails that get sent out, don’t email it to me the morning I’m on my way to you.

We stayed at the prestige plaza hotel for 3 nights during our AGM an annual get together for young farmers. Staff at first were rude and continued to be until check out where they seemed pleasant. Our rooms were basic at best and the sheets had stains. The bathroom shower bearly worked and was falling to pieces. We payed a low price so we didn’t not think to complain as we weren’t expecting much. There was 11 of us staying so we occupied quite a few rooms. Most of them had faults. Either ceiling leaks damp floors and beds and similar shower issues. When taking a shower in the morning it repeatedly turned the hot water off even after only being in for 3 minutes, each day. Once again we weren’t expecting 4star however it was appalling. I wouldn’t recommend if you’re young as they were a very judgemental group of staff. They repeatedly asked us to write a good review and I wish I could however even after leaving the hotel we are have continued problems with money and damages which where already there.
