Prime Hotel

I stayed this terrible hotel from 25th to 28th October. An honest account of the hotel. My horrible experience. Must read before you ever come here: The hotel rooms are good and spacious. Sea view is amazing. The breakfast is very nice. There is a taxi stand opposite the hotel. The moment you call uber the local taxi drivers come start fighting with you and the uber driver. Kicking him away and forcing you to travel with them. When I complained the manager named Mr. Baareesh saying this could bring bad name to your hotel he started abusing me verbally saying he is not there to get any threats bla bla bla. When i asked him this is not the way to talk to a guest who is your well wisher he came all the way from the reception to the elevator to hit mr physically. Imagine! He was crazy. Fortunately he did not harmed me. I felt so threatened. The entire hotel appears so deserted. There is only one person at the reception all the times, and that is Mr. Baareesh. He openly threatened me that it is a family owned business and i could never reach owners to lodge a complaint against him. He was all in all and the only one around. Later on i found out that the owner of the hotel died three years ago in covid era. He was survived by three daughters who hardly ever came to hotel. The entire hotel operations were put on the mercy of one manager Mr. Baareesh who openly abused the guests. There is even no central complaint management system to reach the administration once your are abused. When checking out of the hotel a hotel attendant told me Mr. Bareesh has been fired from job after we sent your review to the eldest daughter of the deceased owner. I am not sure whether he was sent on leave for a day, or fired actually for misbehaving with me, as no one from the administration reached me to apologise for the maltreatment i received at their hotel. The least i could so dont stay there if Mr. Bareesh is still working there. He is a mindless idiot who goes to physically hit the guests. He is like crazy. And dont go there unless there is a proper complaint management system otherwise you would be abused and would hav nowhere to go. You would feel threatened to the point your vacation will be ruined. In the same price you can easily find four stars and five stars of international reputation.

One of the finest service I have seen. Right from Day-1 they have been able to help with all our needs. The room was really clean and ambience was nice. One thing that stands for the hotel is the Breakfast view and breakfast spread. Simply scintillating. Thank you!!!
