The location was fantastic, just a one-minute walk from the bus station, with access to multiple bus routes, all within a 15-minute ride to the city center. The staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating. The room and bathroom were both spotlessly clean, and any issues with the bathroom were promptly resolved by the staff. The overall ambiance was peaceful. There's a food court nearby and a grocery store right across the road. Parking space was ample, and while the breakfast was decent, it could benefit from more vegan options. I would certainly recommend this place. Unfortunately, I do not have room pictures.

I called the hotel the night before Can I come the next morning at 6-7 and leave at 4pm, the awesome clerk made a reservation for me on the phone. In the morning, when I came, my family came with me and asked if they could stay until the afternoon, and another wonderful employee found them a room. A full 10+ for the service, one of the best customer service experiences ever!❤️❤️❤️ Breakfast was also really good.

It is in a quiet place and the rooms are a decent size. Also it has a nice selection buffet of breakfast and a elevator to carry luggage and some shops and restaurants nearby However, My room was dirty as it had dirt on the walls and ceiling and the bath had black mold on it. Also the tv was fuzzy. Far from the city center to (40 minute walk)

Recently had to stay at Hotel Primo for 2 nights. Room was clean and tidy but lacking fridge and air conditioning. Staff were kind and courteous. The hotel is right beside the food market which had an amazing array of food stalls and bars at each end which served a good selection of drinks. Definitely recommend visiting the market. Also close by are all local supermarkets and pharmacies etc.

This hotel is one in which you see indifferent staff. We asked in advance baby cot which was with extra charge but the guy at the reception told us that he couldn't live the reception. But later we saw him smoking outside with his colleague. During the breakfast the food were putting by guy in the cap and lady with her long hear without any covering. All these details are important and damage the image of the hotel and our holidays. We will not return there. Also was not easy to find parking. The breakfast and the room were good.
