The hotel is located in the center of the old town in an amazing spot. It is close to all attractions, the furthest was about a 30 minute walk. From the airport we chose a taxi (it was a bit expensive, 32€) but due to the cold and a lot of luggage it was an ideal solution for us. The breakfast was amazing and the staff very kind. The room quite comfortable with all the comforts, but it was not very clean, they had forgotten to clean up garbage from the previous ones. The massage services are very good and also the space, although it is small, but was wonderful!

Generally a great hotel with nice rooms and good breakfast. Superb location with everything right at your doorstep. But the bed was a deal breaker. I have never before slept in a hotel bed without a top mattress. During my 4 night stay, I did not get one night of decent sleep. So unfortunately I cannot recommend this hotel.

Giving 1 star because the walls are too thin. On 1 side they were talking and laughing till 1.30 AM, we could follow the conversations. And on the other side somebody was snoring and I woke up several times in the night. Not blaming the other guests but the hotel should do something about the very thin walls! Furthermore we also had 1 day no hot water, while we were staying 2 nights. We could take a hot shower in the spa, but when I book a hotel room I expect hot water also at 11 PM. We were only notified when we checked in. The rooms were clean.

We booked directly at the hotel’s website. We got a small room on a special offer with one-time access to the spa facilities & free breakfast. Good location. Surrounded by restaurants and bars. Major attractions in Old Riga are just walking distance away. There is a private parking opposite the hotel but to drive there, you have to drive around because it’s a one-way street. The hotel has a spa. Nice pool and jacuzzi & with all sorts of sauna. Reservation is necessary. If it’s not included in the room offer, must pay for the spa entrance. The room is nice, comfortable beds and pillows. Two good pillows are provided for each person. My husband and I slept well. There’s a safe and iron+ironing board, wine glasses and coffee/tea in the room. Bottled water is not provided. A big bottle of water can be purchased at a wine store nearby. The bathroom is ok but close inspection reveals some mold stuck between the tiles as well as the lower part of the vanity sink. The breakfast buffet is fantastic with lots of choices. They even serve sparkling wine during this time of day.
