Concern & Suggestion 1. Need to clean out rubbish by ourselves, it should be included in house keeping 2. No toiletries refreshment everyday 3. Need additional travel tax payment, we haven’t been charged this items before at JP 4. Need to attend check in counter which different from hotel location, not mention to register a lot of paper work Good: 1. Location good for 清水寺 2. Have storage room for luggage Wish the concern could be improved someday

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here. The room was plenty large for three people and the amenities were impressive. There were only a few things that kept me from giving it a perfect score: - washing machine wasn't clean - laundry and bathroom fans were dusty - mattresses were thin, making side sleeping a bit uncomfortable We'll definitely look to stay here again the next time we're in Kyoto!

Good location, spacious and clean apartment. Comfortable beds, a bit hard to get to by taxi, but has many bus routes around for visits.

What an amazing place! You are essentially getting a hotel treatment for the price of a hostel. Facility is automated, clean, and hassle-free; amazing amenities for basically everything you would need; room is incredibly spacious even for our party of four backpacking travelers; and communication is 100% in English. Would definitely highly recommend this place to anyone traveling through Kyoto on a budget. If I ever come back again I would book here again, no questions. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

Beautiful rooms. Perfect for a group or small family. Bunks are easy climb too, as they provide some steps/mini staircase. Plenty of living space (a lot bigger than expected), bathroom and kitchen are very clean and new. The place is very modern; plenty of useful amenities such as ironing board/iron, microwave, kettle, hair dryer, washillng machline etc. It also has a lot of wall ports for charging (although you will need an adaptor if you're from Aus or Europe, it's very helpful anyway knowing that you won't run out of places to charge your phones/laptop/camera/battery).10/10 would love to stay here again.
