At first, I went to another real estate agency, but I felt distrustful because they forgot about my appointment, so I came here. They were very kind and helpful. Since I had moved from Aichi Prefecture and had no familiarity with the area, they were very helpful in giving me detailed information about surrounding facilities and public safety. Thank you for helping me when I was living alone. I'm glad I was able to rent a beautiful apartment that met my requirements. The male employee in charge was also a very nice person, and I was able to talk to him about various things during the preview of the apartment, which I was grateful for.

Until you apply, they will contact you enthusiastically, but even though they are very forceful in asking you to make a decision, once you start applying, the response is slow and bad. If we don't contact you, we won't make any progress, and you won't receive any progress notifications. The number of calls I received before and after applying changed drastically. Poor handling of personal information. I'm worried about the response as there aren't many people in charge. After that, the person who took over the work was very kind to me.
