I have great respect for the Japanese people. They are the nicest people. Unfortunately some of the employees of this hotel do not fall under this category. It is very sad for me to encounter personnel with such attitude. Other than that the hotel is of medium service and the Wi-Fi is terrible.

I was quite disappointed when I arrived at the hotel and found that my non-smoking room had a strong smell of smoke. To make matters worse, the bathtub was clogged, making it rather unpleasant to take a shower. Moreover, the front desk staff and the service at the cafe were not very attentive or friendly. It's quite surprising considering that this hotel is supposed to be a four-star establishment. They definitely need to make significant improvements in terms of quality and service. On the bright side, I must admit that the hotel's location is fantastic. It's conveniently close to Tennoji Station and many shopping malls, which is definitely a plus.

Enjoy my 8 nights stay here. The location is excellent, and the staff is very nice and polite, thumb up! They do quick response and say hello to you everyday. They help to collect my parcel in advance and put it in my room when arrival. (P.S. The double room is smaller than we thought, better reserve a next level room or twin room next time). Look forward to the next visit!
