We prepaid the visit so we didn't have to deal with that during our stay. This had not been registered upon arrival, and despite showing my receipt of payment, the receptionist demanded a credit card during our stay. During the night, we were charged double for our stay on my card. We told the receptionist in the morning and the money was refunded. But we had paid in advance to ensure we did not have to deal with this sort of commotion! Breakfast wasn't any good as well. Too salty and not very tasty. Rooms were equivalent to the photos shown and the windows blocked out most of the noise from the busy street just below. We were quite pleased with this.

The room was clean but too small. The toilet drain was soo loud and the sound was so annoying of water flowing into the drain, it was unusual. Secondly, When I checked in the hotel receptionist asked for my credit card for "security" reasons which I denied but was made an obligation on me because he had to put it in "system". Later, I got the breakfast which wasn't free, and normally in hotels you pay the bill of anything at checkout but they automatically charged my credit card without me knowing with 1500 DKK, when I complained the receptionist told me "thats how it works". The internet also is poor and won't work until u disconnect and connect. worst experience.

Nearly everything is within walking distance, the location is great, there is a train station right across the street (although when you close the windows there is no noise, our room faced the street and we slept fine) and the metro is very close as well. The hotel looks nice, the reception is nice and modern, the rooms are slightly outdated and the twin bed we had was a bit too small to comfortably fit two people, the mattress was not very comfortable either. For a shorter stay it is okay, probably not so much for longer stays. The room was clean though, bathroom as well. The breakfast was very good, there was plenty to choose from and a lot of seats in the area where it was served. We had a nice time, the location is definitely the best part.

This was home for 60+ consecutive days for a work related trip that was originally for 14 days but kept on getting extending for various reasons. The hotel, it’s location right next to the train station, the friendly service from the staff and the awesome breakfast buffet was the saving grace. The rooms are not too spacious but comfortable. The room service was very good. The front desk will pick up the phone anytime you call them. And did I mention they were friendly 🙂. In fact one front desk hotel employee actually took us to a great food joint after her shift ended on her way home - I was there in 2014/5 and Google maps were still in beta testing phase. Highly recommended
