This was my first stay at this property, and I was quite pleased with what it had to offer. The location is very good, near the zoo and the shopping district of Berlin. The quality of the towels, bedding, and the bed made for a restful comfortable stay. So too was the case with the service. The entire staff was helpful and eager to solve any problems or answer any questions I had. The breakfast buffet was great, with a wide range of hot and cold items. This is an excellent property and is worthy of a return stay when I'm in Berlin again.

The Good: The staff was amazing, every questions or issue you have will be taken seriously. When we ran in to a issue with our room (there were some plumbing noises) we were offered free drinks at the bar and a change with no hassle. The room itself was spacious, and the bar have some pretty solid cocktails. Hotel itself is at a good location, easy access to the design district, restaurants and bus access to city center. The Bad: Some of the house cleaning staff was not fluent in English (which is not really bad considering this is Germany and they have no obligation to know English). The Ugly: Honestly no complaints In conclusion: Great place to stay!

Location is ideal. Staff was good, except a few bad apples. The food was served cold on a few occasions. Housekeeping did well but didn’t change the sheets as asked and didn’t replace cups as asked. Menu seems limited. But the overall hotel is great: beautiful rooms, nice atmosphere. A good place to be just watch out for some of the rude staff. For the most part staff was friendly though.

My recent stay at the Pullman hotel in Berlin was quite disappointing. Upon arrival, I had to wait at reception for an unusually long 10 minutes as the receptionist was on the phone and left her position. The room itself was far from satisfactory – dirty shower with moss, tiles covered in grime, and a sticky, unkempt hairdryer. Even after ordering room service, I encountered additional issues with the added service fee and a staff member asking for a tip. Moreover, the promised hospitality was not delivered. The room was extremely cold, and the AC heater proved ineffective. This experience was akin to a nightmare, and I sincerely hope that others won't have to endure such a subpar stay. I recommend improvements in customer service responsiveness, room cleanliness, and addressing the heating issues to enhance the overall guest experience.

This is a very nice place, great location easy to access the train to go to airport. There are shops around and a few good dining places. The rooms are nice and very clean, I checked in at about 8 PM and I was given a free a upgrade to a premium suite. The suite had a large bed, a large double sofa bed, desk and study lamp, Large TV, a very specious bathroom, and two toilets. There was also a small kitchen with fridge. A safe and a large wardrobe. The hotel has swimming pool and massage service which is free the first 15 min. The breakfast was having lots of options and €30 per person. The only downside was the communication with the service team and the reception. They block €100 for check out which returns in 48 hours. I was blocked an extra €250 for the premium suite but no one told me about it and although it was returned a few days after check out, not being able to communicate about that was not pleasant, specially that they don't pick up phones at the reception. The food menu of the hotel was nice, a bit pricy as you expect but very very limited options. You can get it by scanning some barcode on the TV, but would have been nice to have that barcode in the room as I had to call the reception to find out about it.
