The staff were friendly and check in was smooth. Nice foyer and everything was modern and fairly clean. The rooms are a very decent size even with an extra bed in. (Quite a noisy spare bed). The bathroom is huge! The floor was dusty and dirty when I first entered which was disappointing, however I asked the cleaners if they could sweep the room and she came and mopped it immediately which was nice. The breakfast was great! That's a highlight for sure. Fruit, nice bread, salads, cereal etc. Hot drink machine which also does hot choc!!! Everything was fresh and yum. 🍌 🍎 🍊 It is a good location too. Close to the big park, parking garage across the road, restaurants and Lidl close by. There is also street parking directly across the road which is cheaper than the garage.

Great hotel, our stay was fantastic, with great breakfast and a good room. The bathroom was an okay size and the shower had great space. The hotel is in easy walking distance to two subway stations, which makes getting around and back very easy. Would recommend this stay for anyone taking a holiday or weekend in Berlin

Had a fantastic experience staying in this hotel on our first trip to Berlin. Considering how affordable the room was, I was a bit concerned, but it was fantastic. I'd definitely stay here again. The staff are friendly, helpful and welcoming. The room was a good size, clean and had a lot of natural light. The air conditioner worked great, was easy to use and could easily be changed to what ever temperature you want. The neighborhood is nice and with the subway station near by, it's easy to go anywhere you need Also, after checking out they allowed us to check our bags there, since our train didn't leave till later that night. I cannot recommend this place enough

Dont go there these days. They are reconstructing elevators and gave us the closest room to it. So the horrible noises started at 7 am, you hear everything and they even didn’t told us about these inconveniences in hotel when we checked in. We did complain by the receptionist and she told us “maybe the earplugs will help”, i asked: “do YOU have the ear plugs for us”? She asked manager and said “no”. I dont understand these rude ironic reaction. Very non-procustomer service.. They even didnt offer us any other room without those construction noises. So forget to sleep well as you should in hotel, we didnt slept about 2 nights.
