Beautiful rooms staff were very helpful , room service and meals very good. Modern rooms with comfortable beds and pillows large screen TV practically new bathroom can't fault the Pullman for service and comfort. The pool area is great with lots of choices with deck chairs and cabanas available it also has a pool bar with food to table service. Had a nice relaxing time at the Pullman excellent. Fantastic coffee at the lobby bar and some nice comfy chairs and tables.

We have stayed here a few years ago but we really enjoyed this time around, the new rooms are fabulous and the staff were amazing, all so friendly and helpful from Housekeeping to the Bar and Reception. Ben at the Bar was fabulous, our young boys loved chatting to him! He is a credit to the hotel! Thanks Ben! We really enjoyed it and will be back again. Great overall experience for our family.

We had a beautiful stay at the Pullman Cairns International. The staff went above and beyond to make sure our stay was very comfortable. The staff behind the bar were particularly lovely and so kind to our kids (giving them marshmallows and cookies 🥰!). Breakfast was beautiful. Pool fantastic. A bottle of bubbles was put in our room from management on NYE too! We can't wait to return.

This is our Hotel of choice when we stay in Cairns. The minute you walk in you feel at home and the friendly, knowledgeable staff are only too eager to assist. The refurbished rooms are well done and very comfortable and the beds are exceptional. The lobby bar is relaxing and breakfast is always a quality spread. The X-mas decorations in the Lobby are exquisite. We will be back again soon.

Checking in was easy however, we weren’t offered a porter to take luggage to our room. We arrived early and were told that a room was available but we were going to be charged an extra $25 for early check in. We booked through a 3 party and weren’t told that we needed to provide an extra $50 security deposit per night. We stayed in an upgraded room which was very clean and comfortable. Buffet breakfast was ok and kids eat free with paying adults. Gym was clean and well equipped. The only let down was the fact that pool needs to be resurfaced as rust is showing. Seems more like a 4 - 4.5 star hotel.
