Was a perfect way to kill time before our flight. Had the room from 10am - 6pm at a great price, was close enough to other nice areas to grab lunch, and the room was clean and comfy for a nap before the flight! Huge perk is the free shuttle to the airport. Would definitely stay here again! Only wish the weather wasn't bad so we could of enjoyed the super nice outdoor pool!

Low quality - only 1 of the outlets in my room worked. The water pressure in the shower was very low and for a 6 foot tall person I had to crouch to get in the shower. The air conditioning never shut off because the temperature never made it to 70 degrees...this was during a stay where the outdoor temp was very low and should have been able to keep up. The front gate was a mess and was a constant issue with leaving and returning. Many days there were no cards and having to wait for a response at the gate could take 10-15 minutes. Totally unacceptable!!! I've stayed at the Pullman in Brussels multiple times and this hotel in Miami IS NOT a Pullman. Extremely disappointed for what I have come to expect from this brand.

Stayed here booked by American Airline from an unexpected layover. Hotel was very good, nice spacious room and we were there after 10 and still a full menu available at the bar. Food was tasty, portions generous and reasonably priced. Overall excellent experience. Staff all friendly too and the airport shuttle left right on time in the morning.

My first trip to Miami and it'll be the last four awhile. The hotel is in a decent location. But that's pretty much it. We were only here for one night and it wasn't worth it. The room had a musty odor which was as though the carpet was wet and dried on its own, right side of the room, ask the outlets weren't working. I've never seen that before, the lady at the counter told us that the restaurant was open and serving lunch. We went there right after dropping our bags in the room and the rude bartender told us that the restaurant was closed until the next day, Sunday for lunch. Yes the restaurant was closed on a Saturday. I apologize to the bartender if I stepped in on your gaming the lady sitting there.. heads up.. She wasn't that into you from her obvious expressions. The taxi and one of the tech persons there were great. A+to them but everything else felt like an experience of pouring spoilt milk into the last of my cereal. The ratings on this hotel is inflammatory and incorrect. Please please change your policy and know that the guest should be the priority.

Well, there were definitely things I loved and somethings not so much! The location was great even though it's next to the airport surprisingly it was still quite as the plans were coming in and out. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The bar is very nice I enjoyed a few drinks apon arrival. The pool is absolutely beautiful and everything seemed to be kept up. Our room was okay the bath room floor and stool had hair on it and looked as if they forgot to clean our sweep and mop between guest ( this made me a bit uncomfortable) the sheets were clean however they don't use fitted sheets so the next morning I was looking at mattress, as I sleep wild! I would recommend this hotel to a friend, it is wheelchair accessible and kid friendly.
