Pullman Tbilisi Axis Towers is like a dream hotel. The lobby is cozy, and the people who work there are super friendly. The rooms are not just nice, they're really comfy. The view from the Sky bar is incredible – it feels like you're on top of Tbilisi. The food is so yummy, great French cuisine in Dumas restaurant , an omg I loved the sushi in the Sky bar.And the best part? The people there make sure everything is perfect. Pullman Tbilisi Axis Towers is the kind of place that makes you feel really special. Loved it a lot!

NOT A 5 STARS HOTEL YOU EXPECTED!!! Visited Tbilisi with my friend to celebrate a New Year. Out of all hotels we picked Pullman Tbilisi Axis Towers. We were so excited about this travel and this hotel. But how great our disappointment was. Experience in this hotel was absolutely below average. The only good things about this place is the design and a location. But the staff, service and facilities absolutely disappointing. Organisation of a New Year even in the hotel was so poor and boring. The biggest issue in this hotel is elevators. For the 36 floor building there were only 3 customers elevators, and 1 of them was inoperative since we've arrived. Which left all the customers on 36 floors with only 2 elevators. People were constantly stuck on their floors unable to go up or down, waiting for elevators for 15 minutes. And when the elevator arrive, people would try to squeeze in, which leave you with 0 personal space. The day we were signing out and going to the airport we were forced to wait for elevator for almost 30 minutes, because only one of them was working. All the customers had to use the staff elevator to be able to go down. And when we reached the ground floor, we were yelled at by their staff, because we used the staff elevator. I dressed the matter to a receptionist, who's name was Nini and her reaction was absolutely ignorant, 0 of situational awareness, absolutely inconsiderate and unprofessional. There were other customers complaining and giving feedback, but unfortunately none of it was positively acknowledged by staff. We had to leave to the airport late, with a bad mood and bed impression. This is not the image that Pullman hotels are portraying or advertising and all the experience is an absolute disgrace.

I'm stay in this hotel now and i am actually satisfied with hotel service but not with Dumas restaurant in this hotel. I referred to this restaurant because it was in this hotel. So I'm really not satisfied with the service, If I could give 0 stars, I would never give even one. my boyfriend wanted to propose to me in the Dumas Restaurant, he had already spoken to them 10 days before and said his wishes, they also said you don't need to worry, we'll do everything, but that evening they completely forgot what he wanted, it's a shame it was supposed to be a nice surprise for me!!! You have to be careful with which restaurant works in your hotel.

Fantastic hotel with aprime location close to most central tourist spots and amazing amenities! The restaurant food and service were great, not to mention with a fantastic view of the city. Useful gym and clean, modern swimming pool and spa area made down time between activities extremely relaxed. Staff were also always welcoming and helpful. Overall, couldn't recommend more!
