The location of the hotel is really great, we asked for two rooms and one bed side crib and they accommodated us really well. The rooms were clean and good smelling. The staff are really nice and helpful! The valet workers are also very helpful and nice with kids! I think it’s a good value for money! Also even though we took the sea view room we didn’t actually hear anything from outside which is a plus! I would totally come back again with my family!

We stayed in December and the venue was Not up to the 5 stars hotel standard.. we stayed for 2 nights and were not happy at all.. The room was very noisy .. as if the couple at the adjacent room is staying with us.. The connecting doors have zero isolation, so literally you can hear everything up to their bathroom toilet flush..some other bed stuff at night.. and their discussions and arguments in the morning..Guests are seeking comfy beds and quiet rooms at hotels.. so something main is being missed at this hotel.. on other hand, the staff members we have met were as if they are serving the obligatory military service.. look like they are being dragged to work by force.. a little bit of smile won’t hurt.. and if they are not into people by default then they are in the wrong place.. in general, won’t be back again as the overall experience was not good at all..

Very well located with a beautiful view and I was truly impressed by the exceptional service I received from Batoul at the reception. From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with a warm and genuine smile, making me feel instantly welcomed. I look forward to returning and hope to see her bright and cheerful presence once again.

During our recent visit to Riviera Beach Resort, we spent most of our time enjoying the pool and beach areas, and it was a truly five-star experience. The staff at the resort were exceptional, displaying remarkable friendliness and gentleness throughout our stay. Their attentive service made us feel welcome and well taken care of. The food served at the resort exceeded our expectations, offering a wide array of delicious options that satisfied our taste buds. We also indulged in the delightful drinks that perfectly complemented the vibes, creating a truly relaxing and enjoyable atmosphere. Overall, Riviera Beach Resort provided an unforgettable experience with its amazing staff, delectable food, and perfect pool and beach facilities, deserving a solid five-star rating. Also we were shocked by the cleanliness of the beach 😍

the Staff was at all not nice, we pait for 5 star Hotel but i felt that i slept there for free !!! i paid to get many Service they were actually not in Real the sea was very dirty, there was no water in the Pool, TV and refrigerator did not work. the wifi had always Problem and When we asked for a fix, they gave us illogical justifications, and the problem was not solved throughout our stay there. if i can i will gibe this Hotel zero. not recommended at all
