I must say the staff are all polite at reception and they are an asset to this hotel. They just do as they are told. However the management are terrible and hide behind their staff. They provide Terrible service. Room service does not exist. They don’t bring you anything you ask for. Breakfast, we made a booking for. When entering breakfast area no problem. When you leave they confirm the breakfast is for 1 person and charge you extra then. There is no mention of this when booking in or entering the breakfast area. This is despite the room being booked for 2 people. It’s the principle here, they miss. They ruined my whole experience of Doha. The manager does not care about the guests at all, he makes it clear. He’s rude to his staff and does not speak to you. He treats everything like a cash cow to meet his own bonus. He is rude to his staff aswell. He hides behind a phone. He runs the hotel like he’s running a kitchen in a curry takeaway. Not 5 star at all. Do not recommend. Stay in another hotel in that area instead. The curve next door is a lot better.

I stayed for one night in two rooms, they staff went above and beyond to great us and offer us a superb service. The only thing that could Improve if they offered us a bigger bed. Other than that everything was good, I would come back.

Incredibly nice hotel, busstop in front, two nearby supermarkets, good breakfast buffet which we really enjoyed. Not to forget the very friendly staff. Wouldn't mind to stay here again next time. There is a private beach nearby, it does not belong to the hotel but its only 5 minute walking. Mall is 15 minute walk, same goes for the metro. Rooms are spacious and clean.
