The hotel is very clean. The bathroom the bedroom area and the kitchen area very well organized and cleaned. We had an oceanfront balcony, third floor, king size bed. Bed and pillows are very comfortable. Someone was always cleaning some place in the hotel. The only thing lacking were bowls for cereal for the kitchen area. The only problem that we saw was one out of three elevators was working which made it for long lines in the afternoon when people were checking in. Other than that I would stay there again. A+

I used to love this hotel but this time things are different! For one the jets in the hot tub don't work like they should & it's filthy around it! Second we had to smell Marijuana smoke for 3 days!!! Next, the pool was so cloudy it just looked dirty. The carpet in the room was filthy, made your feet black! The room door was sticking and hard to open...I was not impressed this time and have been very satisfied with this hotel before. Oh and the outside pool was disgusting!!

My family and I have now spent two years here and have thoroughly enjoyed our stays each time. It's got a great location on the boardwalk where you can enjoy not just the beach but their two outdoor pools during the day plus the indoor my kids love to enjoy after walking the boardwalk each night. We will definitely be back again based on our previous experiences.

I gave the Quality inn boardwalk two stars because the only good thing about this hotel is the location. I paid almost $1,000 for 4 nights. The room that we stayed in needed upgrades badly. The bathroom door had long cracks in it and it was difficult to close. The toilet seat had all the enamel scratched off and looked horrible. Needed replaced, I was grossed out about sitting on it. The sliding glass doors to the patio had a makeshift lock. Apparently the original lock inside of the doors was broken. The outdoor pool concrete was cracked and the water was murky and sandy. The indoor pool looked the same and was not even heated. The hotel did not offer the guests any perks..(like continental breakfast or free use of beach chairs or restaurant discounts) I wouldn't feel so bad if we hadn't paid as much money as we did. I am sure I could have gotten a better room and accommodations someplace else. I would definitely like a refund.
