I'm homeless and very disabled and I love this motel mainly because of the staff. The rooms need some serious upkeep. Most rooms have a desk but no chair to sit at n my room has no phone in it and the roaches are very numerous here as well. The hotel manager crystal is awesome. She's helped me immensly with numbers for churches that help pay for rooms and the motel owner is very active in his motel. Cannot say enough nice things about him as well. Been here about two months and if you don't reserve online the price is double at the counter than reserving online. The guy that mops the floors and takes out all the trash is awesome too. He's def now n always will hold a special place in my heart. He pushes me in my wheelchair to my room n to go smoke outside.. oh and the fact they offer a hot breakfast getting one meal for free everyday is great as well. The amount of police activity here is a lot n very intimidating but they are just here to help everyone stay safe n as long as your not doing anything wrong than nothing to fear.

I was skeptical at first because of the reviews but I had a good experience. When I arrived, it was hot outside. I entered my room and thankfully the AC was already on for me. Clean sheets. Clean toilet. NO BEDBUGS. Plenty free parking. They actually do have free breakfast.The area had alot of friendly people.

The quality of the hotel is pretty average, but in a good location in town. Stayed there for only one night for a short trip in the Delaware Valley. Room rate is very affordable. Breakfast are simple cereals, toast, waffles, juices, and coffee. Check in process is fast and easy. The experience is not too bad, but pretty basic.

Where to begin. When I stepped out of my vehicle, the first thing that hit me was the smell of Marijuana. The lobby was run down and dirty, so to be fair, I should have turned around and left. Alas, I did not. After we paid, my fiancé, kids and I headed into the building through a side door to find our room on the 3rd floor. As we went in, a man tried to stop us and asked if we had any “hard”. My fiancé ushered me and the kids to hurry forward and politely told the man that no, we did not have any “hard.” When we made it to the room, I opened the door and was assaulted by the strong smell of marijuana and urine. My fiancé went back outside to secure our luggage inside the cab of the truck because it seemed like a bad idea to leave it in the truck cap. While he was out there, the man who had asked for the drugs earlier, apologized, so that was nice. I waited nervously for him to come back up to the room so I could lock us all in. While I waited, I checked the bathroom out and the tub had several pubic hairs in it and there were two dirty towels on the back of the bathroom door. We had been on the road all day long and already paid, so we sucked it up and climbed cautiously into the beds. It was around midnight. All night long it sounded like someone was doing jumping jacks and running down the hall talking, and there was the occasional loud discussion in the parking lot. We did not stay for the breakfast in the morning but it looked gross. Overall, if you’re looking for a place to score some drugs, this may be the place for you, but otherwise, I would not recommend.
