Location is good very convenient to shop and eat. But the room is full of ants, toilet is slippery and not clean. One of the room flooded with water if its heavy rain. There’s a hole on the wall. To those who are planning to stay at this hotel think twice.

I had a great stay at the Queen Central with my friend. The rooms were perfect for what we required and we enjoyed the central location of the hotel which allowed us to walk to key landmarks. The staff went above and beyond to help us out providing top notch recommendations and allowing us to keep our luggage behind the desk after we had checked out. Would strongly recommend to a friend.

Forget about the one line shill review and read this honest review by real guest. As many others have mentioned, the room is clearly outdated and worn out. The fixtures, lighting, and furniture are in desperate need of renovation. Frankly, this 3-star hotel provides services that are more on par with a 2-star establishment. Thankfully, I didn't pay too much (240k/night or $10 USD), but even at that price, I wouldn't consider returning or recommending it unless you're looking for an inexpensive place to crash for the night. Let's start with the positives: the lobby is spacious, there's free motorbike parking available considering its sky-high pricey location, and the location is convenient for tourists. Now, onto the negatives: the room itself is old and tired, lacking cleanliness. The thin walls make it impossible to ignore the noise from people walking around and doors being slammed shut. Additionally, the bathroom and sink were prone to flooding, and there was an unpleasant odor in the restroom. It took a significant amount of time for the hot water to kick in. On the bright side, the bed sheets were actually clean and sanitized. The staff wasn't particularly friendly or welcoming, and they seemed rather indifferent when I asked for assistance with my motorbike. Surprisingly, I didn't encounter any cockroaches or ant infestations during my 3-night stay, which I suppose is good news in its own way. However, the overall condition of the hotel is disappointing, especially if you end up overpaying or if you're expecting a pleasant vacation. I would suggest exploring other options instead.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!!!!! VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND RECEPTIONIST WHO IS REALLY RUDE. SHE WAS NOT CONSIDERATE WITH THE FACT THAT WE HAD A 2 YEAR OLD AND KEPT EMPHASIZING THAT THERE CAN ONLY BE 2 PEOPLE IN THE ROOM. WE ENSURED HER THAT WE WERE ONLY LEAVING THE TODDLER WITH THE GRANDPARENTS AND WILL GO BACK OUT BUT SHE KEPT SHOUTING AT US. I REPEAT, SHE SHOUTED AT THE CUSTOMER WHO ALREADY PAID AND WAS ONLY RENTING THE ROOM FOR A FEW HOURS SINCE WE ALREADY HAVE A HOTEL FURTHER AWAY FROM BEN TAHN MARKET. HER ENGLISH IS ALSO NOT GOOD SO SHE WOULDN’T LISTEN TO WHAT WE SAID. WE DECIDED TO NOT STAY THERE AND ASKED FOR A REFUND. WE CHECKED IN AT SAZI HOTEL NEXT DOOR INSTEAD WHICH IS WAYYYYY BETTER. DO NOT GO TO THIS HOTEL!! NOT FAMILY FRIENDLY AT ALLLL
