Absolutely perfect location, many restaurants and shops nearby, as well as sightseeing options and metro. Rooms are very clean and well maintained. Huge thanks for all the care, the overall mood was very pleasant! If we ever visit Rome again, we will not search for any other place to stay! :)

4-night stay in late March 2023. Excellent experience! Great accomodation, clean and quiet room, in a safe nebourhood. Walking distance from Vatican and the town center. Metro and bus stations nearby. Great little restaurants close by, recommended by the staff. Everything was done in highly professional manner by the owner. We got what we agreed upon, and in a agreed time. And John, alpha and omega, and heart of this place - one great, great guy! Very kind, polite, helpfull man, and one happy face to greet you every morning while serving your breakfast. We had some small issue with ventilator in the bathroom first day we came. Nothing major. Called John and he said he will deal with it. It was late afternoon, and we went out for dinner. When we returned, to our great suprise, ventilator was fixed. John did it. And after his working hour. We were later sorry not to wait with sharing broken vent info with him until the next day. Thank you John! Thanks for everything 🤗 Will definitely return and gladly recommend this place to everyone.

6 rooms located in the very nice and quite district of Prati near Vatican. 30 min walk from city center and near to metro and bus stations. Clean and spacious room with nice bathroom. John who takes care of cleaning and preparing breakfast is very polite, helpful and friendly!! The only disadvantage is the room for the breakfast which is very narrow and small, for only 8 persons having breakfast simultaneously...
