I am only giving three stars because their service is available only from 9 to 8 PM. If you reach early, you have to wait. Rest everything is really great. The reception staff, room service personnel all are very helpful and lovely. The location is prime, great safety. If I go to Rome again (which I love), I will surely choose Grand Master Suite, but will reach only when they are available ;)

I don't get the latest bad reviews, but from what I could gather, It is just a bunch of Karens. Alessandra was super nice and helpful and even offered to help us carry our luggage to our room. The air conditioning worked perfectly, something we were afraid of not being the case after reading some of the reviews...but it worked so well that we felt cold at night, and we loved it! The room was spacious, with a big sort of walking closet and a big double vanity with a huge shower and jacuzzi bathroom. It all looked fairly new, like it was recently renovated. Yes, the elevator is a bit small, but who rates a hotel because of an elevator?!Cut down on pizza and you will be fine. The location cannot be beaten. Next time we're in Rome. we will definitely come back to this hotel.

Do NOT book this hotel! The service and rooms is so far from it seems online. We feel EXTREMELY cheated and not safe at all. When we booked online we saw a bright room with a window giving light, but when we came to to hotel, we got a totally closed off room without any Windows! I have never felt so claustrofobic and unsafe. It is so uncomfortable living in this room and very scary to think that we would never be able to make it out in case of an emergency. We would NEVER have booked the room if we knew that this was the room we would get. So DO NOT TRUST THEIR PICTURES!! If you expect to live in a hotel with normal safety standards and service, then go somewhere else! Alessandra giving the service is also super rude and have a very bad attitude towards guests.
