Super convenient location, clean and staff are super friendly and helpful! It definitely suits a younger crowd – it’s very social and I can see how it can be a bit more intimidating if you’re introverted but the staff do a great job in trying to involve everyone. Laundry facility is convenient and you can wash/dry a load for ¥500. The beds were super cozy but can be a bit drafty if you’re next to the window. The amenities are great for a hostel; there’s hair dryers, curling irons, toothbrushes, soap etc. Overall a great hostel experience and lovely staff that make it super hard to leave ❤️

One of my favourite Hostel in Japan! The staff are very friendly and helpful. They make sure that you are going to have a great time in Osaka and helping you to get around there. Perfect location! The Hostel is near the Shin-Imamiya Station and the Shinsekai (one of the popular night sightseeing in Osaka). The bed and the bathroom are clean. Sometimes other guests were cooking delicious food inside kitchen. I truly enjoyed the stay here :D Thank you a lot and see you next year ^^

Initially, I didn’t want to give this place a review but I really dont think this place should be rated this high. Its pretty dirty and the common area is actually a lot smaller than the photos make it look. The 20+ person dorm is super cramped and theres no place to put your stuff. I couldn’t even store my luggage after check out because they dont have space and just use the common area… staff were fine and honestly the location is poor but has a good charm. But if you are looking for a fun social hostel, find another place that is cleaner and less cramped! There are much better hostels in Osaka :)

Found many hairs and food rests in the room. When we informed staff, she wanted to see it first hand. Confirmed it was not ok and used a hair roller to clean the floor and beds. I asked if they had a vacuum so i could vacuum it myself. She asked if i was sure because the vacuum is rather loud. I said i had no problem with the noise of a vacuum cleaner. Then she got one after some sticky rolling. She did her best to vacuum everything on the spot and apologized multiple times for the dirtyness and inconvinience. She actually ran for us. That was nice of her, but for the amount we paid, we expected more. Compared to other options in the city, am afraid it's unacceptable. We paid 84€ = 13700¥ a night for two bunk beds and expected atleast a discount or a drink at the bar or something. We didn't get anything. We hope this place doesn't have insects after what we saw. Very disappointing experience overal. Great location however, and she was very friendly.
