Good value for money. Clean and spacious rooms with good facilities. The breakfast is a typical Radisson Blu. We attended the New Year eve dinner, and boy was that an experience. Would not recommend the hotel restaurant - food lacks flavor, slow serving, no attention from staff

Great hotel in the heart of Riga city. Friendly staff is trying to assist You with any inquiry. Great breakfast with a big variety of different foods and drinks. Very smooth check-in/check-out process. The room was very clean and cozy. There You can find everything you need for a pleasant stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel for business or holiday stay in Riga.

Our first room had the head of the bed against the housekeeping room, meaning we got constantly woken up starting at 7am. The front desk was very polite and helpful, moving us to another room and even taking our luggage for us while we went out for our day. However, after finding ear plugs in our new room (how tacky), I understand why they're there: kids screaming and doors slamming constantly, even hearing the sliding bathroom doors and cabinets from other rooms, plus you can very easily hear every step of every person walking around. If I can't sleep in my hotel room, what's the point? Then to top it all off, they refused to give us another bottle of water (tap water here is gross), telling us to take it from our mini bar and pay for it. Even if we wanted to, we had no mini bar. What a joke. 4 star hotel it is DEFINITELY not.

Really good option in the centre of Riga, within walking distance from train station, old town and plenty of cafés, restaurants and boutiques. Very large and quiet room, comfy bed, sleek and modern. They have a small parking next door and if you’re lucky to find a space it’s €15/night.

Good breakfast. Reception personnels are rude and untrained. They seem not to know details of member bookings. Prepare to show all details of booking including price and member points used.
