Great location. Seven dials is just an amazing location. There are so many quirky little shops and cafes that a weekend just isn't long enough to see it all, especially with Covent Garden just around the corner too. Easy access to many of the musicals on show in London like Mama Mia, Frozen and more. The rooms was nice if a bit warm but you can open the windows to let in some cool air. We have several amazing cocktails at the bar and the bartenders were amazing. Accommodating us even when we asked for changes to the cocktails. Highly recommended for a stay in one of London most iconic and historical areas.

We stayed in a room on the first floor. It was small and dark with only a tiny narrow window letting in some meager light. It felt stuffy and had low ceilings highlighting the basement vibe. There were stairs by the door leading into and out of the room as well as the elevator. The stairs made it feel even more like a basement. The room had all the feels of a low budget motel. Minimalism with all the functionality gone. It certainly did not feel or look like a luxury room. The room was nicely clean. The website description mentioned several bed sizes, but we were not lucky and got the smaller bed. I found the mattress to be too firm for my liking. Although the sheets and pillows were of nice quality. Small bathroom with a bathtub shower combination. The shower had good water pressure but no hand shower. The half door in the tub/shower leaked and sprayed the water onto the bathmats. Nicely sized bath sheets were a pleasant surprise. The room lacked storage. Apart from a few hangers and a tiny drawer. There were no shelves and no dresser. Certainly not enough storage to accommodate two people's worth of clothes for several days. The staff showed me a somewhat similar second floor room as an alternative. It was mostly the same layout just without the stairs. There was an upgraded room available on a higher floor. But the expensive upgrade yielded marginal improvement only. Although the location was central and within an easy walking distance of many attractions and transportation. This place is truly overpriced for what you get. There are other hotels in the area with better accommodations for £300+. I was sad that we chose to stay there. Staying in a dark, expensive matchbox truly diminished my enjoyment of London.

Incredible staff, location, and loved our room. I cannot praise this hotel enough. They made our 3 day stay in London amazing and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort in so many ways - providing extra comforters, checking us in an hour early, and helping me use the coffee machine in the room. Just a marvelous place in a great walking accessible location to everything. I will recommend them to anyone staying in London!

We stayed here for a sales meeting. My experience with the service and booking wasn’t positive. When I checked in, the staff member was rude and didn’t have their facts correct about the stay. I also asked to be added to the Radisson rewards program. This was never done. I was initially given a room access from the elevator and it was dark, small and noisy. When I asked to move, I was accommodated. This room was more private but still small. The heating didn’t work in the room during my stay. I visited the front desk and was given an individual heater. The positives were; nice breakfast and staff. Very welcoming. Good and thorough housekeeping. The location is fantastic. No shortage of places to visit and you are close to Covent Garden.

Fabulous hotel in a great location for an easy walk to theatres, boutique shops, cafes, restaurants and all the main sites. We had a great break there which started badly with transport difficulties but was turned around by a great concierge, Ed, who got us into a lovely local bar restaurant for a great meal before going to the theatre. He really looked after us and helped make our anniversary break very special. Well done Ed and thank you again
