I stayed at the Radisson on an important business trip for 3 months. Honestly, I am shocked at how they don't try to help guests. The internet barely works. My messages barely go through, and no hope for business video calls. I asked them to fix it, and rather than fixing it, they just got mad at me for asking. Staff members barely speak in English, they (not all of them) are unfriendly and not helpful at all. There are no heating or cooling system in the rooms. My room key had to be reset in every 3 days. The hotel is outdated and needs improvement. They charge you fully even if your guest comes and stays for 2 hours with you. This is ridicules really. Additionally, on two occasions since I have been stayed at this hotel, hotel staff walked into my room without knocking. The most recent time, I was asleep at night, and I got very scared and screamed when the hotel staff member walked in.

Centrally located hotel, walking distance to Zona Rosa. Lots of choices for food and shopping around the hotel. Got a free suite upgrade. Breakfast spread is huge with lots of choices and great ambiance. Front desk agent speaks very little English. Bell man are very attentive and courteous.

It is ok, the bed was great and the room is spacious. Breakfast is great ... BUT You can hear everything from other rooms. Not a 4 stars for european standards. Rooms are dated, thr bathtub wasnot working. I asked to book for a massage which they have a price list for and they told me to write a Whatsapp to the masseuse. Really?

The hotel and staff are nice, however the property location (Carrera 15) is not for foreign tourists. When you get there, it is very disappointing and I did not feel safe walking around. My room was spacious with a very hard king bed and although there was a window, you have to keep the lights on day and night. There is an air conditioner vent on the wall in the room but the AC (no thermostat) is off: they leave the lower part of the window open for ventilation and constant outside traffic noise. Really!!!!! Be careful with the shower: it has spikes of very hot water that will surprise you in a painful way. My reservation included buffet breakfast with generous local freshly squeezed juices and regional/local fresh fruit but the rest of the breakfast is geared to please local tourism like hot soups, arepas, rice and steamed/cooked vegetables. I was limited to eat stale pastry, dried-up slices of cheese, un-edible cheap cold cuts and stale doughnuts. The one restaurant in the property has a lunch buffet that once you use it, you will ask yourself why you did it. The restaurant is open for dinner but the menu is more expensive than local venues and the menu is subpar. No wonder it is empty at night. There is a very nice (Lounge) bar on the 11th floor but they do not advertise it. If you want a better value for your vacation money the Hilton by Carrera 9 (About 7 blocks away from this property), near the JW Marriot, offers a similar price per night, offers a better hotel, better neighborhood and several nice restaurants to choose from.
